What if my HOA has to approve the fence?

We assist with all HOA requirements. You’ll typically need to provide your HOA’s fence guidelines and any required documentation, and we’ll work from those. Every HOA operates differently, so we handle each one individually.

Do you remove and haul away my old fence?

Yes — removal and haul-away is part of what we do. It appears as its own line item on your quote, so you can see exactly what it costs.

What warranty comes with the fence?

Aluminum and vinyl fencing carry a 50-year manufacturer warranty. Our workmanship is warrantied for three years.

Do I need to be home during the installation?

We prefer you’re home for the installation, but it isn’t a requirement. We do ask to be able to reach you during the process in case anything needs a decision.

How do you handle property lines?
